Allyl chloroformate is used as a reactive chemical intermediate for chemical compounds containing structuralgroups such as carbonate, pyrocarbonate, carbamate, urethane and others.ACF may be used in polymer manufacturing to produce a resin intermediate. |
| Handling and Storage: |
Keep allyl chloroformate drums away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Store drums upright in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
ACF should be transferred from its container to a storage tank or reactor through a closed system, usingteflon-lined steel, nickel or glass lines and valves. |
